If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock?


I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?

No. This just means that we've received your order, you will be contacted when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.

When will i get my item(s)?

The estimated date of delivery of your order and the cost of shipping depends on which Delivery Speed you select during Checkout, which factors in item availability, processing time, and transit time. Shipping times shown on reflect how long the shipment will take to arrive after it has left the warehouse/shipping facility.

What if I need to return something?

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping quotes are generated automatically when you enter your address. Orders placed before 11:00am Pacific Time are usually shipped the same day, but are not guaranteed. (Please note that USPS  Media Mail is available only for certain products and to certain destinations. Restrictions and exclusions apply. Insurance does not cover Media Mail shipped items).
